Returns/Exchanges/Cancelations
No returns, exchanges or cancellations.

PREORDER POLICY

All preorders can take anywhere from 3-12 weeks to ship. Please follow my Instagram and Twitter for the most up to date information. Any item ordered with a preorder item will not ship until all items are in hand. 

Shipping

All items are Shipped via USPS First Class. Due to issues with USPS and COVID-19, please allow up to 7-14 days for your tracking to update. 

If there is any issue with your order, please email [email protected] I try my absolute hardest to fix any issues. 

PLEASE NO UK ORDERS
For UK orders, please place your order via my Etsy. 

Any UK order will be refunded and cancelled immediately. In order to purchase from my etsy, please contact me to create a custom listing for you

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
EU and Canadian orders CAN be placed via this shop but VAT will need to be paid when they get to your country. If you would like to prepay your VAT please purchase via my  Etsy.  In order to purchase from my etsy, please contact me to create a custom listing for you

VAT AND CUSTOMS

All Customers are responsible for paying the proper customs, VAT and taxes in their country. I am not responsible for Customs Fees or VAT. 

Please note that on the rare occasion some countries will STILL charge VAT even though you pre-paid. I have no control over that and I am not responsible if your country charges VAT again.

It is illegal to put the improper value of an item on a customs form. Please do not ask me to do that 


PIN GRADING
Due to the handmade nature of the item, no pin is perfect but each preorder will get the best pin out of the batch. Small dings, scratches, smudges or somewhat low fill can appear on your pin. These small flaws should be fairly unnoticeable when looking at the pin at an arms distance.
Pins will not be perfect. If this is an issue, I ask that you not order.
